石鱼背鳍 毒鱼 解剖 印度洋海底

up view of a reef stonefish (Synanceia verrucosa) shows the warty, mottled skin texture that gives this venomous fish its camouflage among reef rubble. Each of its thirteen dorsal spines carries two venom sacs, and a dose as small as eighteen milligrams, delivered through just six spines, can be fatal to a human. The spines are stiff enough to pierce a boot sole, making it one of the reef's more dangerous ambush predators despite its stillness. 4K, vertical close up, scuba diver POV.
